Notes:
[a] This Form must be completed in full and returned to the Entry Secretary as soon as possible and by Monday,16h February 2009 at the latest.
[b] An undated cheque deposit of £50 must be sent together with this form (made payable to BRCA 1/8th Rallycross Section). This cheque will only be used in the event of a failure to notify the Entry Secretary of non-attendance prior to a meeting that is entered by the driver, see Rules 5 of the Sectional Rules.
[c] Details on this Registration Form will be used for Race Meetings throughout the year. In the event of any change, please complete a new Registration Form or notify the Entry Secretary, in writing.
[d] A minimum of FIVE frequency choices must be given and be able to be provided at all meetings. Please provide further frequency choices to aid the formation of heats. If you do not bring the same five frequencies to an event, you may forfeit your place.
(e) Personal transponders are compulsory and it is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that the transponder used corresponds to that detailed on this form (or on any subsequent written notification).
